    Wink First cycle; 20 Weeks on Test. E, 250 mg shot twice a week.

    First post guys. First cycle...

    In a few days I'll start my 500 mg / week cycle.

    I chose this forum, because I love following RXmuscle, Dave and some of the Pro's.

    I'm not in to get any alterations on my cycle plan. I'm just in to update anyone reading this on how I'm doing, from time to time also for myself as keeping some sort of diary can be a good idea.

    I know (In theory) how to run a proper PCT, how to combat high estrogen levels and feel comfortable in saying that I've done some research on this topic.

    I'm 25 years of age, with a athletic backround and 9 years of strength training on my back. I'm from Europe, I have some family in the U.S. and love the U.S., the BB community and lifestyle.

    I like the 500mg per week for a first cycle but 20 weeks might be a touch on the long side. I might be nitpicking here though. At any rate, your gonna love how this makes you feel.

    How about doing a 250 mg / week for 10 weeks as a lighter introduction with a proper PCT followed by some time off and saving that 500 mg / week for 15 weeks for later on?

    I would add this.Keep a record of how you react and what gains you get from each level of dosing. I would love to have records of what I used 30 years ago but I thought at The time I would remember.It Will be valuable info for you years later.

    I don't think 250 is going to do much for a young guy like yourself. 250 -500 is a sensible dose if you are stacking with anabolics, just to keep a natty level while your endogenous levels fall. Don't expect to gain much from this low dose test alone.
    Get tested to see what your natty test level is and use that number as a jumping-off point for your cycle

    sound advice here! im a fan of "lower" longer almost hrt/trt runs myself so long as you keep your training and diet on point i think you should yeild tremendous results...my best advice is find a plan and stick to it! gl!

    Im going with the ligther dose guys, 250 Ew for 10 w.
    I wanna try doing this that way since I got many years ahead of me for doing it with heavier dosages.

    I would totally agree with those saying its a bit long. Granted 500mgs a week is light, I highly doubt you even get much additional benefit past the 10 or 12 week mark. You would be better off coming off, recovering and restarting a bit sooner for the next one.
