Intermittent Fasting
When on IF would Stevia tablets in you coffee constitute breaking your fast? There is a school of thought that suggests that anything that your body has to breakdown is considered breaking your fast!

No they would not
it is even indiciated on leangains.com that sweetner in your coffee is fine.
People take BCAA's during a fasted (Fasted training) but it is counted towards your total caloric intake

Agree with the Solution. It wont be an issue. ESPECIALLY not stevia compared to other sweeteners.

It depends on the purpose of your IF. If you are fasting for weight-loss then common logic is anything less than 10 calories isn't considered breaking the fast. If you are fasting for health/detox purposed, then only water should be consumed during fasting hours.

Thanks guys, BigZero, that's interesting didn't know that. I'm doing a 16/8 for the last 9 weeks, its easy to manage and I'm having great results. I am able to clearly see the outline of my abs for the first time in years.

is there anyone else out there who has done IF for a long period of time? Did you find you needed to come off it after a while or can you continue indefinitely?

Thank you Data4, that's what I was hoping for. It has been so easy and with great results, I was on Keto for 7 months also with great results in strength and condition then I just transferred to IF as this was more manageable with my lifestyle.
