I hate this show so much, I would rather inject insulin pre-workout while on keto, and have Sugar-Shawn write about my death only to advertise for his own insulin brand.
My question is: What makes a good weightlifting belt? Are the curved / ergonomic variations better than the "straight” ones? Thanks guys!

Hi Dave, for a 60 years old woman in menopause whats your thought about the best approach to treat menopausal problems caused by low estrogens levels like loss in muscles, joint pains, loss of libido and energy and increase in LDL levels? All these problems started with menopause some years ago. Do you think that an hormone replacement therapy is a good idea or would be safer to use a supplements approach? If the second, what supplements do you recommend? Thanks

Hey Dave I hate this show as much as Kevin lavrone hates himself for not doing the live with episode and is now constantly checking his mailbox for his 4,000$ check from Steve that it will never come. #whycutback
Pre-contest questions!
1. I am 5 weeks out from my local show and I'm using t3 and clen right when I wake up for fasted cardio. My question is should I stay at 50mcg of t3 or ramp up like I've read on forums? Im using test tren mast. Also When should I drop t3?
2. What are you favorite pre contest orals and how far out do you like to start them for best results?

Hey Dave,
what are your thoughts on wearing glasses on stage for a competition. I'm absolutely blind without my glasses and I don't have contact lenses. I never see any competitor wearing glasses so I'd figure I'd ask. Thanks

Hi Dave...i hate this show so much...i drink my amino spiked protein so i can suffer on the toilet while watching this awful show! Do you have any remedies for tendonitis of the knees...It started out as aching....now it's almost unbearable pain. I started my regimen of arthrolyze this week.

Dave,
Kelly Ryan is up for parole in October of 2017. If she was to get out, would you be willing to interview to get her side of the story?

Im to exhausted to hate right now so you get a "Get out of Jail, Free Card"
My question is about training styles. When putting on size, is it better to train with low volume, heavy weights for 10 to 12 weeks; then move to a cutting stage with hypertrophy type training for the next 10 to 12 weeks? Also, ideally how long would a growing phase and cutting phase last? Ball park figure will be fine because i know there are a lot of variables that will determine that.
Thanks!

Age vs Weight
Dave: I hate this show more than I hate the process of going to the bathroom on Keito.
Q: I'm 46 years old so my trainer has advised me to stay away from heavy weights. Thus i'm benching 225 for reps to try to build my chest but not going heavier. Would you explain how you view the variables of age of athlete vs heavy weights vis a vi avoiding injury while improving. Thx.

Dear Dave,
Your keto protocol for a 200 lb man has been floating on the internet with fury for some years by now. I always asked myself the following question though. The "200lb" mark refers to lean body mass or bodyweight? It seems strange that the same diet would be given to two people weighting the same, but one at 10% bodyfat and the other at 30% bodyfat!
Hatefully yours,
Alcibiades

Hello Dave! I would rather ask kai greene a simple question and listen to his answers, which takes him 10 hours to answer, than watch your stupid show.
Allright Dave, why donīt you invite Luimarco to your show? And do you still talk with Dennis James after al the trouble with The Camel CrewLast edited by ElMekki; 06-15-2016 at 04:39 PM.

Hello Dave,
With all of the protein spiking being found in protein powders, what's you're view on these independent certification bodies that certify contents and potency of these protein supplements? Are there agencies you respect? And would you ever have your products - particularly Isolyze tested and certified by them.

I hate this show more than you hate answering; Should I take insulin preworkout?
Dear Dave,
I have two questions for you. I have heard you say a few times that the workout you do today are not fueled by the carbs you consumed that day, instead, todays workout is being fueled by carbs you had a day or two ago. If that is the case, do the carbs you have today just get stored as bodyfat since the muscles are already full from carbs from the previous day?
Question 2., how can you tell that you have depleted the majority if not all, of your carbs after a workout?
Thanks!
