I want to thank OP for opening herself up to criticism to make sure her experience was readily available to other women thinking about using DNP.
As for the dude that made the asinine comment about it possibly being a topic that should be banned...
It's incredible *stupid* (I really can't stress that word enough here) to *NOT* discuss it. It's irresponsible and dangerous to not make information available because you don't like it; people will do what they want, and I'd rather them be informed of how to properly use DNP (such as knowing the signs your body gives when you need to stop) than otherwise.
There are too many preachy finger-waggling holier-than-thou types that gravitate around posts like these looking to give out unsolicited advice. They've already read comments like yours. Stop, you're not special. Be useful to helping people stay informed instead.

Here goes nothing......so I'm attempting to use DNP for the 3rd time (last time was 6 months ago exactly); as I am in contest prep over the next 9 weeks. Of course I do not use it often; only when attempting to shake my weight when it becomes stagnated. And I'm one that eats extremely clean and I work out intensely 6 days a week with 2:40 min sessions a day of moderate cardio. My diet presently consists of keto lifestyle (although on Dnp) I may have to add in more fats (for energy) or begin carb cycling. So I'm going to share my experience in hopes to gain additional information & knowledge. I do have a swing coach, who is knowledgeable of the usage and will be assisting my journey. Oh and did I mention I'm a female.......
Wgt: 176; http 67' (looking to drop 30 lbs)
Contest wgt(normally): 145 lbs
Lean muscle mass: 138 lbs
Body fat: 13% (on stage normally 3- 4%)
Day 1: dip 250mg
Plan: 1: 250 mg daily for 21 day cycle
Other usage: Winstol tabs/(no t3 or Clen)
Potassium/multi mineral vitamins/ essential vitamins B,C,D,E/BCAA/NO2 (nitrogen for workout energy)
Glucosamine/ glutamine/ Isopure zero carb protein/Primatene tab (energy & appetite)
ZMX/CLA
And yes, I also have done intensive research on this product in the past and presentlyLast edited by GoProOrLayItDown; 02-10-2018 at 08:10 PM.

I'm not certain if I inserted my pics correctly; as I'm new to this site/board. But I've done so; 1st pic is day before beginning DNP; 2nd pic is the 2nd day on DNP. Likely there is no real difference.
Though I am much hotter than usual, I'm not profusely sweating but can feel an elevation of body heat. I'm on a low dosage of 250 mg (which I will maintain the entire cycle of 21days straight). Hunger is about the same, although I chose to take a Premetine tablet yesterday to control any cravings that may have occurred; and I assured a good workout by doing so early in the day. Going on day 3; I will post every 3 days unless there are questions being presented for me. Again this is my 3rd time taking DNP (last experience was over 6 months ago). And I'm being closely monitored by someone who is knowledgeable concerning (in addition to my own self-conducted research on the product)Last edited by GoProOrLayItDown; 02-12-2018 at 05:29 AM.

No. It's doing well, as I am only on 250 mg every morning (24 hour time span); heat is barerable, not really a lot of sweating except when taking my noon day naps. But remember I discontinued using t3 or clen (other fat burning agents intentionally); I'm eating kept though I have the usual cravings for sweets. Not necessary carbs; I am going to the bathroom a little more (peeing & bowels);
Now I have to admit, when I tried dnp 6 months ago, I was advised to take 500 mg for 10 days straight. That experience waa crucial. I stayed drenched with sweat, even when just driving or sitting still. I kept a towel behind my back and on my bed at all times. That was uncomfortable and I puffed up a lot in a short period of time. Which receded once I discontinued dnp.
That being said to say, between the 2 experiences, I see why most would attempt to take more to feel a greater response.since I've now tried both ways. I'm one for following instructions as instructed. Definitely nothing to play around with.......

I'm sorry, I forgot to mention and it won't allow me to edit it.......Day 6 and I'm to cycle it for 21 days total. I have noticed a weight loss although not certain if it is considered true at this time because excess water is a side effect. As the body attempts to adapt to stay regular/normal. Down 3 lbs......
Taking over the counter essential vitamins, winn tabs & arimedex (estrogen blocker)Last edited by GoProOrLayItDown; 02-16-2018 at 11:43 AM.

Hello........lots of time passed......yes I'm finally on day 21; last day on dnp. Now my experience may be totally different from others because I kept the dose so low.
Experiences:
1. I did have cravings, but not necessarily for carbs (as I told you, I follow the ketogenic diet); I mostly wanted sweets. But I did good because I only gave in to under an oz of mixed yogurt covered cranberries & almonds, with fresh(not salt added) almond butter on theside (which I limited it to only 1-2 tpsn if every other or so day) truly only when an intense crave would occur
2. My energy level was great, I was able to work out everyday, I had to remind myself to take at least an off day on the 6 or 7th day.
3. I did feel a bloat as I did sweat during the nights although I kept the window open & the fan on (but it was bearable) almost like being on t3 & clean.
4. The water weight should subside within 3 more days, my weight remained in the 170's (touched on 168/169) but for the most part on the 170's
So now that I'm done with the cycle. I will wait 3 days then take a diuretic to flush access water out and continue dieting and exercising/cardio to rid the excess weight.
I'll keep you posted by early part of next week!!!
