Dnp cycle ... My journey as a woman on dnp
Hi everyone, I am new so if this isn't where I would post this please let me know. I am just starting my 2nd dnp cycle and with the amount of research I did there isn't a whole lot of information on a woman's cycle. I believe everyone has the right to their opinion so I know some people are going to say it's horrible for me. Keep in mind I did months of research, I also saw all the news that put fear in my own mind. I continued to research and came to my own choice to use it. I am in no way saying use dnp, and in all honesty unless you can humble yourself and admit this drug is more powerful than you.... I recommend you don't use it. If you respect it as a dangerous drug and research extensively then make that decision for yourself.
Stats:
height 5'3
weight 137 lbs
bf% about 18
I workout 5 days a week heavy lifting some plyo and two leg days one heavy one lighter. 25 minutes of cardio 5 times a week after weights high impact training. One rest day I do 45 min mod cardio. My diet is pretty basic. I carb cycle every 4 days.
I will supplement with multi vitamins, potassium, magnesium.... Also I have t3 I will start at 25 mg one week 2. In addition I take a quarter phentermine 37.5 mg to subside my carb cravings.
Day 1-3 I took 200 mg of powder in the evening after my last meal. I don't worry too much during the day about not eating carbs I eat as I normally would. However my last meal I have no carbs to eliminate the sweat that will happen. I tend to be modest with dnp, even if you feel nothing it's working. Day 3 I started to bloat as i did the first cycle. I don't weigh myself until after. I'm sweating but not unbearable. I keep my dose lower so the sides are more tolerable. I drink a ton of water.
Day 4 I took 100 mg in the morning and 200 mg at night. The heat is a bit more. I also feel like I'm running a mild flu. Nothing unbearable, when I get the tummy flu feeling I eat watermelon the water and sugar are good. I will not go above 300 mg for my whole cycle (again respect the drug). I have done 30 minutes of lower weight and 15 of low intensity cardio. Trust me walking is hard on dnp, don't over do it!
Things to to have on hand when you're on dnp: water, v8 juice, lots of fruit and veggies, Benadryl (you may have a reaction to the dnp- take Benadryl and DONT continue to use dnp! It's not worth it. Watermelon really helps due to the water content and natural sugars. You still should be 200 to 300 below maintenance especially at a lower dose of dnp for the full benefits. Lastly, I recommend you letting at least one person know you're on dnp. If you have any concerns they can help you. I hope this log will help. 珞

Day 5 took 100 mg this morning. I always take it with watermelon and seems to settle well in my stomach. I am looking leaner today. I did 30 min of walking on incline but that's all. I feel decent. Of course sweats but I am eating in a deficit. Nothing too much to report. I have 5 more days on this cycle.

Personally I wouldn't recommend DNP to someone I cared about but not my place to lecture you .
I would however be extremely interested in seeing some progress pictures .Last edited by Wtdoom; 06-19-2016 at 08:03 PM.

I totally understand everyone's concern. I personally wanted to make a log because there are very few from a woman's perspective. I would like to show my experience and be there to ask questions if needed. I agree though I wouldn't recommend anyone to take dnp. It's extreme and needs to be looked at as such before utilizing if at all. It was a personal choice after I spent months educating myself.
I'll for sure take some pics tomorrow and then at the end of the cycle
I just took 200 mg and I always take a Benadryl with it. I also take a melatonin to help with sleep. I break the dose up 100 mg when I wake up and approx 12 hours later 200 mg. Sweating is the biggest side I feel and my workouts are about half as intense as they usually are. My joints are a bit sore but not too bad. I drink at least 2 gallons of water a day. This is pretty easy since I drink 1.5 normally, plus dnp makes you thirsty. I am leaner but I do tend to retain water so my full progress will be a week after cycle. So my daily dose has gone from 200 to 300 which I will never go higher then.

Hi all! Day 6: so I was feeling a bit flu like and much hotter today, not just sweat but my skin to the touch. I'm assuming because it's 36 hours since upping my dose to 300 mg. Still not horrible I always listen to my body. I drank a litter of water when I first woke. I also decided not to take my morning 100 mg and will only take the 200 mg later tonight. I know it's working. I will take 300 mg every other day for the next 4 days until my cycle ends. I am retaining less water this time around but did make some changes to my diet this time versus my last cycle. I also have less cravings which is prob due to 1/2 tab of phentermine I'm taking. I always take that 5 hours after dnp, never together. Also helps with being tired. My workouts are 50% of what I normally do, however I keep it moderate to not over heat. Still sweat like crazy. I did weigh myself and I am at 132.2 from 137 just 6 days ago. I am very flat and a bit puffy due to water retention. Still happy with results. If you expect to look good on dnp it won't happen. I uploaded a pic I hope it worked. As you can see i need to trim my waist and back. Starting tomorrow I am adding .25 of t3 and work up to .50 for 2 weeks then taper off. After that no chemicals for 3 months just focus on diet and lifting heavy!

Risk versus reward. So you believe the risk is worth the reward of, what, nine pounds lost if you reach your goal weight?
Here's a question... is it responsible to even allow DNP (dinitrophenol) use to be discussed?

Through my research and the low dose I am using yes I do think it is worth it or I wouldn't be doing it. It is a very dangerous drug and I don't promote someone using it without a ton of education and asking questions. Whether you agree with its usage or not it's being used. I feel it is important to have good guidelines to help and not demonize them so they don't ask questions and end up in a fatal situation. I also see your point that talking about positive experiences may encourage users that shouldn't be using it. I do not know how to prevent that. What I can do is hope they listen to my advice and ask me questions to guide them if they choose to use it.

I am with the ones with great concern but I do like that this is so far unfolding like an account of personal usage and not some irresponsible I'm going to do what I want type of thing (Peta Lover anyone????)-thank you for the honesty and I'll simply echo what others have said: be careful!
