Been lurking since the start of this thread.
Guys, I think the fact that she's being so bold (compliment) as to start a thread such as this suggests that she won't be skeered off that easily.
Belated welcome to the forums!2016 RX Member of the Year & March 2015 Member of the Month

I think you've made a terrible choice. No sugarcoating.

First thank you ladies, you both look amazing! Second, I knew posting this that it would have a huge response of caution and concern and rightfully so. I think I would question the forum I joined if no one expressed concern. I didn't post this to raise the wrong or right debate, I posted this to give a raw and honest look at my experience with DNP. When I was doing research there were many guy logs and many guys talking about their gf on it and what they are going through but not much from a woman's perspective. Since a man and woman using anything in bodybuilding is different I wanted to give the information of my journey (which is exactly what this is). Now with that said I am not one of those people who compare other chemicals with dnp, none are in the same category. The margin of error with dnp is very small and in the end can kill you. I Am not sugarcoating that fact. I agree with the concern and by no means am trying to glamorize or downplay the fact that DNP can kill you.
In addition, I will not dilute the truth of my experience to validate my choice of taking it as good. I will continue to be honest of my sides which brings me to my log entry.
Day 6: so I woke up with a pretty nice drop in weight but felt off. The heat was more intense and my tummy didn't settle well. So I did not take the morning dose. Throughout the day I sweat and about 12 my skin felt like it had a mild sunburn. It wasn't red but it was sensitive. I switched from Benadryl to Zyrtec. It made me feel a bit better but I still had some sensitivity. Since the skin sensitivity is still there I will be skipping my dose tonight. My temp is normal and sweating has decreased. I will assess how I feel tomorrow. One thing I am taking away from today is dnp can be very Deceiving. I woke up with a nice feeling due to weight loss and this can cause people to ignore the things happening in their body and continue taking normal dose. My advice anything out of the ordinary stop your dosing. There's a lot of Mia information out there that you have to feel like shit for dnp to be working. I don't believe this in my own experience and I think that leads to overdosing and death. It's working whether you feel it or not. Don't underestimate this chemical. I tend to analyze everything so bare with me.
Lastly, hahaha nope can't get rid of me that easy.

out of curiosity, what's the shelf life in the body of this? if you skip doses does the body think it's "starting over?" or is this the type of compound where you could skip a dose or two, take one, and your body doesn't seem to mind? my only real working knowledge are with the more hormonal type of items and dnp is a different animal-hence your comment of incorrect information floating around out there!

Buenos Dias all!
day 7: I woke up today feeling 80% better than yesterday but have a slight sunburnt feeling still lingering and felt numbness and tingles in my hands last night a bit (with all my research I only saw this happening with higher doses, it's gone today thank goodness). This is a good example of dnp being a very unpredictable chemical to use. With that said I have decided to end my cycle early. I am using .25 t3, and a multivitamin, and potassium. I am going to continue to eat lower carb and focus my carbs around pre and post workout(yay back in gym). I will do a small refeed once the water depletes from my body from the dnp. Then begin back on carb cycling.
Weight is is the same as yesterday and usually a true number is 5-7 days after cycle. So I will update.
conclusion: in my research and experience I do think dnp is the best fat burner out there hands down, however I would not ever recommend anyone to use it. I believe from my experience it is very unpredictable and when you combine that with the human element of error it can be a dangerous mix. The experience I had on my first cycle was completely different then my second and I see from others this is very common. I used from same bottle as first one. I do think there are definite safer ways to use dnp and if you're determined to try it err on the side of caution.
Also yes it is approx 36 hour half life, this is pretty long and where people really mess up as Amber said. They don't feel anything and up the dose. I also recommend 4 day on low dose to see how your body reacts. The only piece I would adjust (just my opinion) is for a female under 140 lbs start with 100 mg first 4 days and never go above 300 mg. you can always go longer cycle if you choose and get the same results. For men especially new to dnp I would start at 200 mg first 4 days and then never go above 600 mg just a longer cycle. Again this is my opinion. If you're new to dnp it's not just checking your level of tolerance to the chemical it's also checking if you are allergic to it.
Lastly, a few misconceptions: if you don't feel it and bought from and good source don't up dose until you are sure how your body reacts it's working I promise. You don't have to feel like absolute crap to know dnp is working. I actually feel once you're to that point you need to lower your dose and make it manageable. You can't just eat what you want you need to have your diet in check before starting dnp. If you get a rash or a fever it IS the dnp and STOP using it until you are 100% better. I do not feel dnp should ever be used by someone not familiar to bodybuilding or putting things in your body. It's not for the everyday dieter. Finally, don't treat dnp just like another fat burner; use caution, evaluate the risk, and listen to your body not your vanity.
All from my experience and is simply my opinion. I hope this was somewhat informative.

What's the protocol if things go totally south?
I'm at Medical Arts Allergy in a patient room listening to an alarm go off. I think I'm done. Lol
Had a reaction to an allergy shot. They gave me Zyrtec, pednisone, followed by a shot of epinephrine in my right quad.
What do you do if you have an adverse reaction to your medication or supplement? Something beyond what xyz can do to counteract the reaction?

You are going to hear a million different opinions about DNP. Everything from its the worse thing in the world to its perfectly fine.
All I will say is, its effective as hell and can be used somewhat safely.
Ive never used it but I know people personally that have with success. Safe is a relative term though because its certainly a harsh drug.
For most people its completely dose dependent. People get greedy and then they get hurt.
Do your research and just know that you are playing with fire.A Passionate and Dynamic Approach to Physique Enhancement

Curt James, you sound like a fucking retard with your boogieman dogma. The only thing dangerous about DNP is if you massively overdose. It's easily the most demonized drug out there. If you OD, you're a RETARD anyway. Those with a brain will tell you moderate DNP use is healthier for the vascular system and heart than pounding t3/clen. It's also less catabolic in terms of muscle loss. Your preaching is unfounded when it comes to well educated, intelligent adults using DNP.
Medically speaking, you don't know dick and it's clear. I hope you're not some kind of authority here. You sound like an old washed up gym rat spewing bro science at a gym. Just plain not accurate. You need to do some real reading.Last edited by G.I.Bro; 07-06-2016 at 09:56 PM.
