Well, of course I have some emotion over seeing my former space taken up by someone else. Who wouldn't? Apart from the lisence I took with that, the opinion that I voiced was that in a publication who's mantra is "no bull" an editorial page supposedly written by a resident pro athlete who is never short on an opinion, seemed to have been used by the publisher as a platform for his message. Not the athlete to whom the buy line belongs. Hence, my analogy of a dude, playing a dude... playing a dude.
I am under the opinion that the piece sounded too contrived and too devoid of the candor to which Lee is famously known. To me it sounded like Ron Harris expressing Blechman's message with Lee's name on it. It's noting more than an opinion. You are more than welcome to disagree with it.

when john and dave left MD, so did the a majority of the integrity and honesty. now the turth comes out and blechman is sweatin more than A-rod at a press confrence. Maybe blechman should hire A-rod's "damage control team" cuz shit over there is getting ridiculous. I do like ron harris though and it seems like he is the only leg left which the magazine is standing on

I loved Tropic Thunder. lol It took the entire movie for me to come to grips with the fact that that was indeed, Robert Downey Jr, and then he switched to the Australian accent and totally fucked my head up.

I respectfully exercise my right to disagree, thank you John. I think Ron has earned enough respect in this industry to not have his integrity impugned without solid evidence; hence I think the assumptions you make in your piece go a step too far. You are as entitled to your opinion on the matter as I am, but I do ask that you look at what the article implies about Ron, whether intentional or not, and weigh whether it is truly warranted.

So what are you saying, that Lee wrote the article?
Ron has my utmost respect and I've said so many, many times. I've also had years of experience over there and I know how things are done. I know what Lee sounds like, I know what Ron sounds like, I know what Blechman sounds like. Clearly, I wasn't out to impugne Ron, but really, does that editorial sound like like Lee?

I am not a fan of bodybuilders putting their names on someone elses article.I think it would be better if the Bodybuilder wrote the article and then someone like Ron could edit it and make them more readable. What they are doing now is more or less an interview.John is more upset about the fact that are trying to say that Lee is an upgrade over himself when in fact it is not Lee at all.MD is all smoke and mirrors right now and if I was a pro I would love to be under contract with them because it apparently requires no effort.I have never heard Lee blow that much smoke up anybody ass and I will guarantee he did not say that stuff.

I tend to kinda agree with both John and Spike. Both have their valid points.

I think John is being honest though he is admitting he is pissed and really I dont feel what he wrote was an attack on Ron as much it was an attack on Gluteman.

Well, hopefully Ron Harris is getting one hell of a payday out of all the new work he is getting, it sounds like he writes the third of the magazine that isn't ads every month.

We are all human and loosing a job is not a fun or positive thing for anyone .Is this article a little much, maybe. However loosing your job of 18 years through a voicemail and then have it be told to everyone that you were slacking which was clearly not the truth.I feel John is just venting in a way that is quite humorous.Lets be honest MD hasent shown much regard for our feelings so they can go fuck themselves.
