Dear Dave,
For a person who is on Testosterone Replacement Therapy (200mg of test per week) and who would like to do a keto diet for 4 months, would you suggest to add there an anabolic compound such as Deca?
1. If you do, how much?
2. Would one require a Post Cycle Therapy (PCT) after these 4 months?

Hi Dave, first of all I wanna thank you for producing Fiberlyze, I’m using it for a couple of months and this product is PHENOMENAL.
I’m training natural for almost 10 years and I’d like to try my first cycle using oral Winstrol at 20mg/day for 6 weeks. I’m 6.2 feet x 190lbs at 5% bodyfat.
1° question: with this drug and dosage, can I expect an appreciable gain in lean muscle (5/6lbs) or winstrol is only an “hardening” drug?
2° question: after a short cycle like this, what’s your suggestion for PCT? Should I still run hcg and then clomid or clomid 50mg/day for a couple of weeks it’s enough?

Hello Dave,
With all of the protein spiking being found in protein powders, what's you're view on these independent certification bodies that certify contents and potency of these protein supplements? Are there agencies you respect? And would you ever have your products - particularly Isolyze tested and certified by them.

Dave - Is there anything you can do when you get injured that will help you heal faster besides the obvious of eat well, rest, ice, and elevate. More specifically if you happened to drop a 45lb weight on your foot and smashed your big toe nail off..... thanks ahead of time!
P.s. this show is terrible

Dave have you heard that after 8 weeks on steroids, myostatin increases and staying on longer is pointless?

The real question is : Why would you be on a Post Cycle Therapy if you're still on Therapy ? (The person is on Testosterone Replacement Therapy for the long run. So no need to stimulate the gonades to produce your endogenous testosterone. )
1) If you take 200mg of test/ week you could take 200mg of deca a week. The only problem would be to be on a 1:1 ratio Test/deca. Usually people whom experienced these cycle complains about low test drive, and flaccid situation aka deca dick. To prevent this from happening you could be at a 2:1 ratio of test and deca. For instance 400mg of test and 200mg of deca per week would be a must.
2) No PCT if you stay on 200mg of test. The reasons :
- You're still on 200mg of test so there is no need to stimulate the gonade to produce endogenous test. (So no hcg nor clomid)
- You might want to take an Anti aromatize inhibitor such as Anastrozol (Arimidex) or a selective estrogen receptor modulator such as Tamoxifen (Nolvadex) to prevent any Gyno. You could use it from the beginning of your cycle and keep it until 6 weeks after the end of your cycle.

Hey Dave
If someone did a heavy cutting cycle for around 24 weeks and dropped from say 30% body fat to around 12%, but wasn't as lean as they wanted to be before gaining.
Would it be ok to drop all other compounds and continue cutting on a cruise dose of testosterone say 250mg / week, or would this be a waste of time after coming off around 750mgs + tren/mast/winny etc.

Can you explain what the optimum Test level would be for a guy in his early 40s?
can you build lean mass being under 600?
and do you think Dallas McCarver can dethrone Phil within the next 2 years based on his recent growth

dave hate the show- im 2 weeks post show and i havent taken anything since. what is your advice on post show rebound with drugs. im starting to get softer now and i know its not from the diet. i think its from not having any test in so long. would you recommend keeping a little test in while im off so that i can still grow with the rebound

Dave, I have a question pertaining sleep. For a while now, regardless of how exhausted/sleepy I am, I have a tremendously difficult time sleeping for a long period of time. It usually takes me a while to finally fall asleep, and then when I do, I seem to wake up every hour or two. I have tried some of the sleep aid supplements, namely Resurrect P.M by Ronnie Coleman. While, this did the job and helped me fall asleep n get a real decent amount of rest, I could still feel the effects in the morning, even after 8-10 hours of sleep. I felt groggy, lethargic, and a bit out of it. What would you recommend, food wise or supplement wise that could assist me in getting, good quality sleep, but that won't over do it?

Dave , I hate this show as much as I hate listening to people who keep asking if it's ok to take pre work out Insulin !
Some people say that even Whey Isolate protein can cause your body to come out of ketosis ?!Is it true ? Can I take Isolyze during my Keto diet ?Last edited by bubble1976; 06-29-2016 at 04:10 PM.
