hi dave!for a woman in a ketogenic diet how much weight should be dropping per week?also if someone who did a steroid cycle like five years ago and didn't do any pct.do you think the testicles can be still shut down?if so what could be done or whats your opinion.thank you.

Dear Dave,
I have two questions for you. I have heard you say a few times that the workout you do today are not fueled by the carbs you consumed that day, instead, todays workout is being fueled by carbs you had a day or two ago. If that is the case, do the carbs you have today just get stored as bodyfat since the muscles are already full from carbs from the previous day?
Question 2.,What is a good indication that you have depleted the majority if not all of your carbs after a workout?
