Cooked oat meal (porridge) and two whole boiled eggs. Very small glass of orange juice. I'm not eating for size.

- 6 egg whites
- 1 whole egg (cooked on the pan no fat added)
- Spelt (+ water cooked)
- Dried grapes
- 1 big ripped banana
- some blueberries.

glass of Humapro mixed with physllium husk fiber
black coffee with coconut oil

usually, I break fast with nuts, beef jerky and pork rinds.
Then protein shake mixed with peanut butter, flaxseed, wheat bran, psyllium husk... and some fruit - banana or strawberries.

Pretty cool breakfast !!
Did you ever tried :
- Banana omelette with 6 eggs 2 yolks, some butter just to grease the pan, grilled 2 bananas and or strawberries on the pan, add the eggs mixed, let cook slowly. Add some sugar cane + Some cinnamon
Serve it on a plate with 2 pieces of Dark chocolate on the Top and enjoy a glass of fresh orange juice.
