    Default Name your 1st meal!

    Mines a protein shake. Don't feel like cracking eggs when I first open my eyes.. that's 1 hour later..

    HUGE pancake: 1/2 c oats, 1/4 c almonds, 1/2 scoop vanilla whey, 5 egg whites, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, pinch of salt, 1/3 c water -- fried in a pan.

    HUGE cup of coffee with 1 scoop vanilla whey as creamer

    Plain oatmeal, granola, raisins, shaved almonds, small amount of protein powder for flavor. I never deviate from this at home. But I'm going on a family vacation in August and will eat like a fat slob for a week, especially at breakfast.

    Always different. However, I NEVER eat right when I wake up. I have found that I do and feel much much better if I wait an hour or two before I eat in the AM.

    I eat late breakfast and it's almost always 6 egg whites - 4 yolks and a banana.

    Hard boil the eggs the night before and stick them in the fridge. When you wake up in the morning- just peel 'em and go at it. Works for me as I don't feel much like cooking after fasted cardio. Usually starving by that point.

    That's what I was gonna do. It's so much easier to scramble them rather than hard boil. It's less chewing and tastes better scrambled IMO.. do you think it's a bad idea to do shake first? I just think it's more convenient for me

    I usually have whey protein and hard boiled eggs as protein for my first meal of the day.

    Probably nothing wrong with having a shake as your source of protein for your first meal...but I'm no expert.
