The Munich, Germany native is known as one of the hardest working (and hardest lifting) athletes in the bodybuilding world. His training videos are constantly the stuff of #MondayMotivation tags.
Fritz turned pro in 2013 after winning the 2013 European Championships.

True story, the way we met Roman and got him sponsored with Animal was in a dungeon gym in Cologne, Germany during FIBO, Dave was training him and they were practicing posing. The rest is history
