I've always thought Kevin had the best traps. This just seals the deal. On his MMM dvd he starts shoulders with some 500lb shrugs, and that's it. What's everyone else's trap routine? Do you do traps with shoulders or back?

Johnny Jackson does well. I find my own set of traps come up more when I'm 'on' and when I do a lot of one hand pulls - like Ironmind's Rolling Thunder etc
