    Hey thanks for stopping by.

Let me make sure I understand your question. Are you referring to gaining as much muscle as possible with less fat gain?

obviously in the off season thats the aim for everyone so i was wondering what nutrition strategies you feel are the best toward that goal? ( nutrition -macros -supps-super supps if you want to touch that ,exersice etc...)
based of course on your experience trhough all those clients of yours but and from yourself as well trough trial and error from all those years in the trenches,...

While I cannot give specifics without working with someone, I can say a few things that go for pretty much anyone.

-Maintain good insulin sensitivity: This is number one hands down. Timing carbs effectively (not just pounding them all day), using certain GDA supplements, not abusing insulin or GH etc. This will dictate how the body partitions nutrients and what kind of weight you are actually gaining.

-Dont have too frequent of free meals: This can vary person to person but the notion that one meal wont make you gain fat is totally false. You can easily put down a days worth of calories in a free meal and those bouts of fat gain will add up.

-Dont be afraid to pull back and do mini cuts when needed. Once fat gain to muscle gain ration starts to get out of hand, chances are you will just gain more fat if you keep pushing.

These are some very simple guidelines that stand for just about everyone.

do you tend to cycle GDAs somehow or you include them all the time in a persons meal plan?

Typically all the time. However, certain people dont need as much or need different ingredients. Someone that is naturally very insulin sensitive can still benefit but I might only have them use something simple like R ALA or some other single ingredient. Others that are naturally less sensitive (tend to have slower metabs in general) might do better with 3+ ingredients to hit it from multiple angles.

do you advocate more carbs on volume workouts?
and what corelation there is ,in your opinion, bettween volume and carbs?
i mean for example a 30 -35 set volume workout will obviusly need more carbs than a dorian yates style 12-15 set right? but how much of a difference?

Thats hard to answer because it would depend on the persons goals. Yes more volume will typically burn through more glycogen. Its safe to say that much. However, that might be the point of the volume. Maybe the person is using more volume to burn a bit more calories and glycogen in which case you wouldnt want to use more carbs. Situation dependent but yes you will burn more glycogen that way typically.

    Thanks bro !
What's the theory behind interminent fastin and fat loss? What's the science behind?
Too many bodybuilders lately on the forums doing it and report good results whiteout negatives like muscle loss ... In my mind a scenario like that would kill MPS ...
    What gives?

I would check out a resource like Lean Gains. That is a decent reference for IF. He might be a bit biased but its definitely useful in the right situation. I have used it in several people with success.
