I wouldnt say I am a fan but like most other things, it can have its place. Works great for those that have an extremely hard time eating during the day because of their jobs. There are some others that simply feel better on it. The fast tends to feel pretty good as you get used to it. I cant say that it helps fat loss directly but it helps some people adhere and feel better so that leads to more fat loss.

How do you personally and from your experience rate this method for maximum fat loss / maximum muscle preservation ?

Ive never really seen anyone lose muscle from it but at the same time, the people I have had use it, dont lose muscle easily anyhow. Fat loss wise, a deficit is still the important part but for some it might add 5-10% in the improvement of body comp. Meaning the body letting go of a higher percentage of fat in the total amount of weight lost. The fasting period is definitely prime real estate for fat loss.

it will probably help with muscle protein synthesis to an extent but leucine is also very insulinogenic. Id rather not release insulin all day to be honest. what are the supplements you think gave you and still gives you extraordinary ressults or at least something worth mentioning?
