    Default Help me: first cycle for a figure competition

    Hello girls, so much time that I don't post it because of work, school, lack of time etc...
    Anyway, I've just started to prepare for my first figure competition with a new pt. We had talk about a first approach to chem so I want to ask you an opinion. I'm natural and I have a very good v shape but my weak point are legs and glutes (with a little bit cellulite). He suggest me a cycle:
    - SARMs (ostarine - andarine - don't remember the other one)
    - yohimbine for cutting
    - hgh fragment (not sure cause I don't want to use injectable things)
    - anavar or winny (not sure, he told me we will see the results with SARMs first)
    - arimidex

    What do you think? Is really necessary all that things? What about only SARMs?

    Ps: train a lot 6 days a week high volume and intensity, 3 times a week 20 min of HIIT post wo

    I'll see if I can get some discussion going:

    how far out from your first show are you?
    have you been training most of your adulthood? or are you relatively newer (I'm thinking in realms of muscle maturity with that one)
    how old are you?
    what kind of diet is supporting your training?

    - I've started 3 years ago, at the end of 2016 I've started working out 6 times a week... I've improved a lot in the upper body except shoulders, legs and glutes are my weak points...
    - I'm 25 years old.
    - I've just started with a new trainer who wants me to compete... Now I'm on a 4 weeks detox diet (with lean and healty protein and some days of refeed with brown rice) then in september I'll start the program for the competition. Actually I'm working out 6 times a week (high volume, high intensity) with 2/3 times a week HIIT post workout.

    How about your current weight vs goal weight?

    SARMs I have had some success with-ostarine specifically

    Will the yohimbine be stacked with anything? I have done a combo of yohimbine hcl, caffeine, and L-tyrosine that was very effective for mood and energy which meant my workouts were stepped up

    I'm afraid I'm not familiar with the term, "hgh fragments"

    Honestly, I feel like you're still too new for the anavar or winny-but you mentioned the trainer will wait for possible SARMs results which is good-no need to rush!


    Btw, you mentioned your trainer wants you to compete....do you?

    Thanks! Don't know if yohimbine will be stack with something, he mentioned yohimbine cream too but he told me these are hypothesis! Mainly he want to try with a triple stack SARMs... I think it's a good idea, I have genetically DHEAs and delta4androstenedione level high due to PCOS... I know that ostarine doesn't have sides as virilization.
    And yes, Winny and Var are only hypotesis!

    Yes, I really want to compete. I've started 3 years ago with this intention... Anyway, he told me that the first approach to chem will be soft, he doesn't want exaggerate.

    Anyway, do you have tried Ostarine? How is it?

    So my personal experience was similar to running a low dose of anavar-I did have some oilier skin and increased vascularity-I liked the harder muscle feel-I did not stack it with anything else b/c I felt it was important to see how my body reacted to just that one product-had I stacked and not gotten optimal results or had unexpected sides I would not have known what was causing it

    Oily skin as on Var? I knew that Ostarine doesn't have sides effects... How about the muscle growth and the hardness?

    Btw, what do you think about using antiestrogen (for example arimidex) are they necessary?

    I have stubborn fat and cellulite under glutes... Hope it will disappear when I'll have to compete...

    SARMs can still give you sides but they're typically very minor and will clear after you stop using it

    I did experience some muscle growth but it was nothing huge-hardness was increased

    Anti-estrogens are great for finishing touches on stubborn parts leading into a show (like maybe the 6-8 week mark if needed) but I don't think running them now not running them long term is a good idea

    Yes about antiestrogens he told me the weeks before the show not now... the triple stack sarms for cutting too, not now, I think in February... I'm very curious about trying sarms, I'd like to try anavar too but I'm a bit afraid about the sides....

    So every woman reacts differently-if you decide to venture into either, start with smaller dosages and go from there-I could handle anavar with no issues but was super sensitive to winny-a former competing acquaintance of mine was the complete opposite


    If you should venture into either I highly encourage starting a journal here-we would love to hear your input and progress!
