NPC shows...FBB suits!

I posted this in the NPC section as well, but hoping to get some help here too.....thanks in advance


No "T" back suits, metallic or vinyl will be allowed. However, female bodybuilding competitors will be allowed to wear multi-colored posing suits and jewelry at the Finals. Emphasis is on "good taste"!


My question is this:

is this green color considered metallic?

You can wear it for the night show but not prejudging. At least that is how I read it.

Kristen had this issue and when she emailed Sandi she actually got a reply back saying that that was not allowed but if you look at jr usa pics it was and no one was disqualified for it...I wore that same fabric in 07 with no issues...there was some talk that they wanted it gone b/c the videographers were complaining about the glare...but if it went ok for the shows done thus far then you should be ok...

I saw a lot of metallic and shiny prejudging suits at Master Natls in the prejudging.....do not think anyone was reprimanded,

however i have worn pink for prejudging before and been told to find a black or blue or very dark suit for the prejudging, and then you can wear anything for the evening.
Here it is : would hate to think they would DQ you for a suit if they don't even check ID's at "age required" divisions. LOL

I used a pink velvet for prejudging at Masters this year. I got a lot of complements on the color!!

Usually the wet look in the material is fine, metallic not, but like some the rules aren't always enforced. but wet look which alot usally have is different then the shiny metallic material
