Hey Dave,
I would rather sit out on the back porch and watch two chickens fxck than listen to this show.

I recently got some lab results back and been informed that my AST and ALT's are high. Doctor said he wasn’t to worried about it and that it most likely was due to me training the night before or day before.
Can you please explain to me how or why working out can elevate those enzymes and what exactly they are?

Hi Dave,

I'm on ketogenic diet for 4 weeks, I feel mentally and phisically strong but in some moments of the day I feel light dizziness (just for few seconds, especially when I stand up suddendly)...what's the problem? I should increase fat intake or what else?

Hello Dave,

If one is to consume rice, which is the best, i.e. most nutritional rice to eat?
e.g. Jasmine, Basmati, Wild, Red, or Black.

Is parboiled rice also a better alternative. I've read it forces nutrients into the grain.

Also, what's your view on other rice alternatives like Couscous,Quinoa, grits, or cream of wheat

Is a 6 month Test E cycle too long? I'm planning to do HCG, Clomid and Nolvadex for PCT and take 4 months off. What's your thoughts?

Big fan of your show, watch every video you post. I'm from California and I'm 3 weeks out from my first show, I'm currently running test e, 750mg a week. I herd I'm supposed to stop running it before a show since test makes you hold water, if so so when should I stop taking it and what diuretic do you recommend I take for peak week, how much of it, and for how many days.
