I'm training every other day now.
And I LOVE it. Strength is good. Less time I see people especially the ones who hold up machines

That's an excellent question! I'm glad you asked! Hee hee.
Best "heavy" lifts hit last/this week:
Squat (competition depth, WELL below parallel): 4 x 160 x 3
ask me in 2 weeks and I'll probably answer 3 x 165 x 3, 165 WAS my 1RM in March
Bench (with a 2-sec pause on the chest each rep): 5 x 138 x 3
ask me next week and I'll probably answer 3 x 143 x 3 paused reps
Deadlift: 220 x 1 every minute on the minute for 8 pulls
next week I'll be attempting 226 for 6 singles with 90 sec between pulls, and that WAS my meet PR in March
Pullups (any grip): 3 x BW+25 x 5
Dips: 3 x BW x 12

Nah, I'm just getting started in PL. If I wanted to make you look bad I'd be putting up numbers like my girl crush, world champ Sofia Loft!
Her best raw lifts at a BW of 112:
SQ 331
BP 204
DL 386
BTW, check out her IG and she has a vid of her 495 rack pull!
Imagine that lady lifting beside any male would revoke just about anybody's man card!2016 RX Member of the Year & March 2015 Member of the Month

Training 7 days a week is stupid
6 days is over training
5 days taxes nervous system
4 days is sufficient to recover and hails as the winner

Not necessarily. I train 6 days and I'd train 7 iwere it not for the fam. Also tried 5 and 4 days on several occasions and always end up hating it. With debilitating joint pain I get from "rest" days and then having to rehab stiff joints, experience has taught me this is best for my circumstances.
Oh, and that overtraining thing you speak of: I wouldn't continue to get stronger with no deloads AND AS A NATTY if I was overtraining all this time. And through those 6 days per week over just a few years I've put on enough muscle that I'm finally "too big for figure" at age 48. That "you're overtraining if you train 6 days a week" is complete BS, as is the "you can't deadlift more than once a week because you'll fry your CNS" mantra I hear. I happen to deadlift 3 days per week, also squat and bench and pullup 3 days per week. All depends on the individual's ability to recover and smart programming.2016 RX Member of the Year & March 2015 Member of the Month
