#Ask Dave Test & Deca Off-season
Hi Dave, would you suggest Test and Deca only for off-season gaining some quality muscle ? I'm 150lbs currently and did my last pre-contest cycle 9 months back in November 2015 followed by 2 weeks PCT. what dosages would you recommend for me ?

I'd suggest you eat and train way more to gain mass naturally before resorting that route

Thank you Poker face ace but I am already onto that route and being a hard gainer its tough and frustrating to gain mass naturally now as I am already done with 2 different cycles through 2 years !!

Don't get offended, some people are tired of a new guy with minimal posts , like me, coming in and jumping right into fast fixes.
I'm sure even Dave would sit you down and go over the basics, and only then give some solid advice on pinning. Poker Face Ace has been around the forum, and approaching these questions with some more info would likely garner a different response.
Don't forget the most important ingredient to any weight gain... Diet Diet Diet. then add some hard work and AAS. You also have to apply proper PCT, 2 weeks is not proper, to keep those hard fought gains. Remember juice alone is not gonna make you the winner on any given night.
Respond with some history and see what happens.

If I was you I'd do 500-600mg of test a week and 300-400mgs deal a a week and if your sensitive to estrogen use 10-20mg of nolvadex twice a day, and split the injections into 3 shots hope this helps, but if it was me I'd change the deca for equipoise same dosage as the deca

2 cycles and you still weigh a buck fitty? 2 week pct? You deserve to be destroyed ala getbig style but I'll go easy.
Eat and train your way to close to 200lbs before getting on anything ever again. If you can't gain without gear, then this game of ours probably isn't in the cards for you. Pct should be 4-6 weeks also.
Recap: Eat way more than you currently do. Train heavier than you currently do. No more drugs until you get bigger and stronger than the average 15 year old boy.
Once you get there, I'd go 750 test per week for your 1st run of 12-16 weeks.
2nd cycle add 600 deca or EQ to the mix.
3rd cycle introduce an oral to the mix.
Don't forget AI's and anti prolactin support(for 19-nor drugs).

take gh or ifg-1 and you will be hungry all of the time. As a hard-gainer if you can't eat (at least) 5000 calories a day, no amount of AAS will do you any good.

Bro shoot me a PM. If you want to put more than 30 pounds of dense muscle within a year on minimal PED's, on smart training and diet as well. I'm all about health first and I have a very progressive approach. I won't make you pay anything if you are willing to document your progress here on Rx muscle. Would you be down ?
