Sometimes you have to stick to your guns and deal with the fallout. In my own situation, I could have easily still been one of Blechman's pussy 'yes' men and collecting his paycheck. It was a good gig (not the best pay, but not unloading trucks, either) that was close to home. But I had pride in my work & we had huge creative differences.

Shit worked out in the end, as I am doing fine working from my home office (even closer than his, LOL) putting out the material that I want to and working with people that see things the same way I do.

His magazines are abhorrent, content-wise, and the new issues of the mags I worked on are scant, to say the least, with MD in the 140-page range and FitnessRX For Men in the 80s. When I was fired, MD was approx. 230 and FRX 130.
