Thinking if Arnold heard that story he would laugh and ask, "Who's Brad Schoenfeld?" (with all due respect to Brad who started out in the ANPPC as did I and Dave for that matter). Then there is the matter of Bill Dobbins having ghost written much of Arnold's bodybuilding material.

I'm sure you're right about bodybuiilders recommending what they enjoy and works for them as opposed to what's most effective. In that respect there might be some trainer/prep coaches who can make better generalizations about what works. This of course is provided that they are reactive to what works and does not work for their clients and not just cookie cutting various degrees of one program.

I posted over in a Levrone thread on MD. Shawn was bashing Kevin again.. no legs.. to old blah blah blah. I posted three pics of Kevin and one of Shawn. Clearly Kevin had bigger nuts in all three than Shawn in his one. I said I see your problem with Kevin. He has balls.. big balls and yours are nearly non existent. I posted at 11:30 last night. By 4am this morning the post is gone right after about 4 new posts by Shawn. Shawn Ray is a bitch. He is a jealous little primadona.

It takes balls to make such an awesome looking come back at 52. It is a no balls bitch behavior to snipe from the sidelines at your supposed friend. then the jerk has "Strength and Honor" in his sig. What a joke. He really is a tiny little man and I'm not talking about his height. I am relieved that God hands out awesome genetics to good strong people like Levrone from time to time. I suppose there must be the counterpart so we can appreciate the Levrones of the world. Kevin doesn't have to sign "Strength and Honor" in his writings. His actions represent those traits all by themselves.

That's always bugged me about Shawn Ray.

I remember when Flex Wheeler was removed from MD Radio most likely because Shawn didn't want to share the toys in the toy box.

He interviews athletes but puts the focus on himself and mispronounces the names of his interviewees if he mentions them at all.

A tremendous physique, but a tremendous disappointment as a person.
