    Default Advice

Hey guys. I am a new member of this community and I hope forward to get some better knowledge as we are always learning...
I have been cutting for around 9 weeks and using 250g Test Enth per week just for keep muscle mass intact. I have lost around 8-9lbs so far but I am not as lean as I want... Since I have been doing Test for that amount of time, should I keep using Test until I reach my goal(bf% goal)?
After doing this cut and being in my desire body fat percentage I would like to add some good amount of muscle since I do not have much, should I blast then? Since 250g Test could be considered as cruising..
Thanks for your reading and I hope you can help me out

While I'm no expert on PEDs and I'm certainly not against PED use, I have to agree with this. Looking at your pics I'd say your diet is far from being on point. Even IF you were to get lean and shredded as you say you want to be, I can guarantee you won't look good - you'll just look skinny, scrawny, and malnourished - because you just don't have enough muscle base to rock that look.

What IS your diet like? Many of us love talking diet here on the forums and could give you some advice if you show us what an "average" day looks like for you.

What do you desire to accomplish? Are you participating in a sport at the recreational level, competitive level, etc. Lean and shredded have their place, however the first question is what does the overall picture look like 3 month, 6 months, a year, 5 year, etc. Once the big picture is understood, a series of goals can be guided to reach each milestone. If one were to desire to send a rocket to the moon, would they only focus on the landing? No. It would be approached in stages when adjustments can be made to the course. The closer to the goal, the more the correction angle increases to realign.

As Sunnyday asked, what does your diet look like?
Training and diet consulting available. Send me a PM.

oh i'm not anti-PED at all, in this case and with all of us who have been doing this for a decade or more has learned, build the based with diet and hard training for years, learn your body, how to train for your goal and how to eat for that goal.. tossing in PED's before is like adding a Blower or Turbo-charger to a car before you have a suspension, brakes and transmission all built and ready

    Daily:
3 to 4 Scoops of Whey Protein
    2 Whole Eggs
    50g Oatmeal
    400/500g Fish or Meat
    100g Sweet Potatoes/Potatoes
    Tons of Veggies
    Whole Wheat Bread
Fruits (Banana, Avocado, Peach, Apple, Melon,etc... it depends)
    Tuna

This is just a general idea
