Hey guys! I have a doubt.. Since I am trying to lower my bf% and I am a tennis athlete should the training sessions of tennis be enough to implement in my regime ? That's around 4 hours a week of practises ...
I also lift 5 times a week and I have a good diet... Macros are around:
45% Protein
30% Carbs
25% Fats

On non training days Carbs are very low and Fats higher
