Is the cardio low low intensity? What speed and incline are you using ?
Also what's the plan with gear if you don't mind ?

I use the elliptical and play with the intensity and incline during the duration cause im ADHD lolol and i get so bored so i would say moderate pace
As far as gear
test cyp- 300 mg eod
EQ - 200 mg eod
Adex 1 mg eod
GH - 4 iu every morning
Switching compounds in 2 weeks

Totally agree with the cardio
And yeah man i really dont have really long rest time between sets if i had to guess never more then 90 sec to 2 min on deads, squats, bench heavy sets
On other exercises its like 1 min tops
50-60 min leg workouts
40-50 min back workouts
Everything else 40 mins
