Looking for your guys input and participation trying to bring back what we had going on in this section a few years back a lot of smart guys collaborating and sharing info!

Starting cardio
20 min everyday
Protein- 330
Carbs - 120
Fat- 120
Dave Palumbo helping me just started last week
Training 2 days on 1 day off and repeat

What made you work with Dave compared to the previous coaches in the past mate?

Approach is basic and really easy to follow which for me is the key to staying on things.
My body really starts recomping especially when introducing certain compounds . I get harder and harder and scale doesn't move much. Goal is 198-205 around there i'll be really lean
