I personally like keto. The last couple times I used it I used a more moderate protein approach and replaced those cals with fat. Definitely seemed to work better doing a max of 1.25g of protein per lb of bodyweight vs a higher protein approach. Obviously Dave makes the calls just throwin that out there.

I really like the higher fat approach too man! When i diet with higher carbs and low fats my appetite is just raging 24/7, cravings like crazy. With higher fats in the diet and just enough carbs in there i have def noticed much more stable mood, cravings, and energy levels. carbs are coming from Oats, brown rice, Ezekiel bread
And even on the zero carb days i feel really great!

Good bro !
I will follow you !
Good luck for your show !
It's good to have a jacked greek on the forum!
How is Dave as a coach so far ?
You follow his advises on cycle or it's your call ? Although he did fairly high amounts of aas early in his career he is pretty conservative lately and health conscious which is good ...

Thanks
No not doing a show, just my own personal transformation.. I like having a goal and a deadline keeps me focused
As far as gear i really like the approach its basic and pretty much what i would have done if i was doing it myself. No magic cycles really lol
