Underrated or WHAT?!!!
Thierry Pastel. Imo I think he is very underrated. His physique was a work of art.

Yeah, definitely underrated. His height probably held him back a bit.

Can't tell with all of that prehistoric retouching. Watch video and you can see that he was a small guy, not just short but overall he lacked thickness, back development, and legs. Looks like a MPD contender.

French bodybuilder are ALL underrated. Thierry Pastel, Serge Nubret (could have place higher and become Mr Olympia if no politics), Lionel Beyeke (ok no this week he was fluffy/watery, although in the fluffiness department he did not beat Brandon Curry who was as fluffy as a candy floss!!!)

Pastels arms were enormous. I think big arms were more important back then. With the age of the mass monster arm size seems secondary.
