Definitely a plus with increasing test as it gives my natural test a boost... lots of reviews on how k and calcium working great as well

Will probably drop a few of these things when they run out and maybe add another 1 or 2.

now im also on 50,000 iu of vitamin D once a week. it was prescribed by my spine doc. said it will help in my recovery and strengthen my bones. my vitamin D bw level was 25
