Dave , I hate this show more than the mountain of oats and 10 million eggs I have to eat every day thanks to you and my wife hates it almost as much as the egg smell that she is cursed to live in for all eternity. Dave what's your opinion on the latest Levrone pic ? It looks like it was taken with the older pics you had as exclusive .

I hate this show so much that I'd rather eat Kai Greenes used grapefruit for its super thermogenic fat burning effects...Hey Dave I recently competed and now entering a lean bulk phase. Im 25 y/o interested in using a prohormone called Epiandro to aid in muscle gain. I haven't used a PH since high school. Knowing that I have acne prone skin and sensitive to estrogenic effects, what negative side effects if any should I be aware of and what other "on cycle support"/PCT supplements do you recommend when using a PH? Secondly, Would SARMs be a "safer" alternative in regards to unwanted side effects?

Dave I would rather recite a Shakespearean play with Kai Greene and have Steve Blechman in the background shouting "wherefore wouldst thee cutteth backeth " (why cut back) than watch your lame show.
I have experimented with a keto diet this entire summer, but have noticed I really look flat. In the mirror I am much more leaner than I was but I don't "fill out" my shirts anymore. However, when training on a day with a cheat meal I notice that I look more fuller and have a better pump in the gym. Do you have any suggestions as to how I can maintain a more "fullness" physique while on keto? Can it be possible that its the food I'm eating, I'm not drinking enough water or should I go back on a low to moderate carb diet? Believe it or not I have actually gained a few pounds of "lean muscle mass" on this keto diet, but it doesn't really show at face value. People have commented that I actually look "slimmer", however the scale says otherwise.

Hey Dave, I was wondering if training 2 body parts in one session is bad. For instance I'm always very smart about restoring the glycogen in the muscle as soon as I'm done training, however, I do chest & hamstrings together. Does this effect my chest growth or any muscle group for that Matter, while I'm training hamstrings? Since I'm still working out and not giving my body any nutrients

Hi Dave, its Morde the Jew and your show isnt kosher so i cant listen or watch..jk...will clenbuterol alone give results (muscle gain/fat loss) to someone that has not taken any anabolic steroids. also, any benefit in taking arimidex by itself as well for the same individual?

Hi dave im in my early 40s been on TRT nebido injection for the past 4 years after side affects of cancer treatment also it made me a type 1 diabetic for the past 8 years but this is well under control with diet and up to 7 injections of nova rapid insulin a day.My question is what was your protocall for getting your self ready to try and conceive logan ?? Also if i opt to run a cycle in times to come would i be ok skipping PCT as i will be still on my TRT nebido injection every 10 week?? Many thanks and get well soon its vegas time soon baby....

Hey Dave, quick question. My fiancee is pregnant with out second child, coincidently her name is Amanda too....damn I hate this show. Anyway what supplements did you have Amanda on during her first pregnancy? Did you do anything different to sure Amanda had energy through the day? Because being pregnant seems to drain my woman pretty easily. Thanks for reading Sid,keep up the great work!

I LOVE Dave's and his show as much as my wife HATES Dave and his show !! Every time I put Dave's show my wife shouts, ''oh god not that american coach of yours. I hate his american accent. He does my headin, so very annoyinng, turn it off. She can not tolerate Dave's voice but she has no choice as I love Dave lol
Question I want dave to ask is very short and simple..
How would Dave advice his Keto diet work for a vegeterian and what food options are out there for vegeterians. My wife is a vegeterian (her diet -she can eat 2-3 eggs a day max and have dairy like quark cheese, cottage cheese, semi skimmed milk, whey protein isolate, greek yogurt, noraml fat free cheese, beans, Quorn protein products like Mince, Quorn Meat Free Chicken Pieces, Quorn Standard Sausages.
So how do you make keto diet workble for such a client ? thanks

Dave I hate this show so bad I purposely moved your hyperbaric chamber into your line of travel in the house!! Mwahaha.... two questions, one, how well, or at what rate, could a person visibly grow muscle while in a caloric deficit assuming they are natural? People talk about growing into a show and I'm just wondering how possible it is to obtain new muscle mass while being in a deficit. My second question, Johnny touched on a popular new craze called kratom, just wondering if you have any insight or opinions on this new type of drug. Thanks and all the best

Dave I hate this show so much I'd rather pin with a rusty 18 gauge into my groin... Daily! Before a relaxing salt water bath.
What is your recommendation concerning sodium intake on TDK or strict Keto? Stan Efferding has recommended, in a YouTube video, that athletes should be around 10 grams a day. I'm not there but I am trying to increase my intake to help keep water in the body since I have restricted carbs.
