Does anyone else do behind the neck pulls?

I've developed a love for them lately!

Haven't done behind the neck pulls lately but I like them.
Had to do a double take as the guy standing there as Rhoden did seated rows looked like Flex Wheeler, lol.
I liked that funky parallel grip bar they used right before the seated rows.

At one time I only did pull downs behind the neck. For me behind the neck works the traps more than pull downs to the front.

It has to be more about sponsored deals, guest posings, seminars, merchandise sales, and, of course, a love of lifting weights/lifestyle than a trophy or the opinion of a panel of judges, right?

I enjoy Charles glass training videos..usually pick up a new movement

But I wouldn't recommend behind the head pulldowns. Pulling your neck forward and a lot of ppl roll their shoulders forward is pain waiting to happen

I prefer just using 1 handle on the pull down and doing 1 arm at a time...it gives a similar angle as behind the next but you don't compromise your spine

I think Shawn would have won last year despite his back and lack of arm detail if:
a) he wasn't having a digestive issue and his lower abs weren't bulging
b) Heath didn't come in 20% better from prejudging

If he could've just borrowed Dexter's back, arms and lower abs in 2015 to go with his legs, height/structure we'd have a new Olympia champ Shawdexter Rhodeson.
