I can totally commit to a product review-one thing to make sure: does this contain GABA? I noticed a lot of sleep/recovery formulas have it now and unfortunately I cannot take it

Why can't you take GABA?.Years ago when I would take GABA I would experience anxiety. But since trying it in this Dream n Grow blend I've been fine...lays me out, haha!

Product being so deep in dieting. Especially since I am down 20 pounds and sleep

any time I take a product with GABA I will experience a very dramatic drop in breathing rate-to the point that I wonder if I'm going to stop-I did not realize what it was at first but then I randomly noticed the product I was taking had been reformulated-I found the old label and the difference was the GABA-I have no idea why it happens but it's scary enough that I don't mess around with it!
