Squat Help
Every time I squat over 225 it ends up turning into a good morning. I also feel as if my body is twisted. I have been lifting a LONG time always been plagued by a shitty squat. I have tried low bar for over a month and it was extremely painful (call my a pussy if you want, I just can not do it). Are there any exercises to prevent me from doing a good morning?
When I front squat, the bar usually rolls off of my shoulders when the weight gets heavy and I tend to lean forward too.
Help!
Thanks.

When I squat the hip is like a fulcrum so I do bend forwards a little but not a good morning .
A friend of mine had a similar issue until quite recently and I got him watching RX muscle (unrelated to his squat issues ). A couple of months later he told me while browsing the you tube channel he found a video of Dave interviewing Mike o'hearn. Apparently Mike gets up and gives a squat demonstration and that completely solved his issues and c0ncerns .
might be worth looking this up ? I asked him for a link but he can't remember , sorry .Out Of Pain Comes Glory

Met with Mike and have been using his squat or a variation since. I'm using no belt with an emphasis on sitting back and keeping the chest up. It is a low bar squat. My variation is that I don't always go wide stance like I did when meeting with him but you can see in his videos that even he switches up the form. This video shows his form:

Post up a video, so we can see how you perform the motion.
Most chances are if you are doing a "Good Morning" you are not keeping your core, back, or lats tight throughout the movement which will keep your back upright.
Remember to puff your chest up and keep it firm throughout the motion, or else you will fold in half and "Good Morning"
Some good videos for you

Have to agree with The Solution, much of it is keeping your back/core/lats super-tight throughout the movement. The squat setup tutorial with Sioux-z Hartwig-Gary that he posted is awesome! I've actually worked one-on-one with Sioux-z and she fixed that very issue (and others) for me. She also put me in a heeled shoe and that made a world of difference over my Chuck Taylors.
I'd also highly recommend Chris Duffin and Silent Mike's squat vid. I watched this a number of times and actually squatted with a paint pole on my back along with Duffin barking out the cues. Got some funny looks from the fam but hey I got a legit below-parallel squat and they don't LOL.
