Phil was dominant this year. Damn near perfect. When they turned to the back no one could contend with the amount of muscle he has there. He has things poping out that no one else has. I thought both Ramy and Rhoden were much better tonight then they were last night. But Phil was just to damn good on both nights. I am not the biggest Phil fan but I was very very impressed.

Dexter did himself in yesterday. His ab shape is one thing, but he was sporting a gut. A minor gut on him may as well be a beach ball... I don't really see what ppl were fawning over Bonac for either. He just looks very compressed in the middle. I don't like his physique as it looks like the parts from two dictinctly different bodybuilders frankensteined together but phil deserved this one. As far as Kevin goes, he had that look like he overdieted to me. I would also venture to guess he probably ran very conservative cycles for himself with his age in mind and hoped the genetics and being cleaned out all these years would pull more weight than they did. He looked amazing for his age regardless

Ramy would have probally taken 2nd if he had come in friday night looking the way he did tonight, he lost too many points friday. Looks like he just peaked a day late. He'd be smart to stick with Chris, he brought him in better than Farah ever did. Next year just do the same thing and peak him a day earlier.

Amazing work from Chris Aceto to bring Ramy in for finals. I had him 3rd after prejudging and 1st in finals. 2nd overall. I had Bonac beating him yesterday.
