You need to run EQ a minimum of 16 weeks to truly reap the benefits.
I would stretch your cycle out to 16 to 20 weeks if you plan to reun EQ.
If you can't afford to do that then drop the EQ and run Mast instead. Maybe throw in Tbol or Var too.
I would add 1mg of singulair a week to and 1mg of caber a wk.

Have you run EQ before? I would consider donating blood at least twice on cycle too if I was you.

Thanks for the advice Cosmo. I did run Eq before but it was a few years back. Wish I kept a log. Same with my ten experience- I remember being quite agitated but I was going through a divorce at the time so that could have been 50% of the anxiety I felt on tren. Also did trenE not ace.
My RBC is a bit high now so I will def look into blood donation.

It's a lot of stuff you want to put yourself on. I'm a little younger than you but only by 2 years. The thing about AAS is you want to be on enough to get the benefits but not so much that you get toxic. Toxic is no fun and counter productive. Some people do better on less and some people need a little more. The only way to find out which you are is to take a little time after being on only your TRT for a while and then titrate up. Though trial and error I find that I feel great on a total of a gram of AAS whereas I feel like crap on 1.5 grams. Find ypur sweet spot. You'll make better gains and feel batter at the same time.
For the compounds you have I would do 300 test, 600 eq and 30 mg of tren ace a day but that is me. I tend to need a little less than other people and I don't mean the cowboys that bang away with 4 grams a week.
the biggest things in this are training, diet and rest. the AAS just help you to recover beter and more completely. to me the best things you can do are 1) get a good training partner that will push you, 2) use a clean diet with lots of protein, 3) get as much rest as possible between workouts, and 4) add in a gram of AAS. 99.99% of people that do those 4 things will make good gains.
And the 5th thing is avoid drama by from your bitches. They eat gainz. Just saying.

Thanks Avenger
Good advice I was planning to ramp up slowly. Upping the dose every 3-4 days to see how I feel. I'm mostly concerned about the sleep anxiety and acne issues. I've dealt with those in the past and it's no fun. My metabolism has changed (again ) in the past 5 years so I have to listen to my body for feedback. I'd like to make some gains in the next 2 years and do a competition in a year or two. I did one about 3 years ago and it was a blast- made me feel like I had really accomplished something.
