masters guy checking in.
hi,been back training for 5 years starting from scratch so its
been a tough slow ride,but starting to look something like my old
self again,plan this year is to concentrate on legs and add a few
inches, im back squatting again so hopefully bring back some size.
I plan on competing next year at some point in the over 50's...
im52 now...heres a recent pic..

cheers mac,ive recently started a decent cycle so im looking to really change the
look over winter,ive not really pushed the doses yet,strength has gone a bit crazy
last 2 weeks,and ive backed down on the tren dose as its melting my brains lol,
just need to find the right dose with that stuff...

cheers cook,yeh il post some stuff up from time to time if you like,atm its a traditional split
really..chest/tri back/bi legs delts/arms...diet is just clean as possible with plenty of
protein on top,alot around workouts....since starting this cycle ive had to increase the calories
a lot because of the tren,im finding it hard to gain weight on it tbh,flattens me out a fair bit
even with the oxy in there..and train balls to the wall as heavy as possible,reps around the
8 mark atm,2-3 working sets...
