Nice interview, but I'm compelled to ask a relationship question... First off I'm sorry that things didn't work out between Rich and his now ex.... but even Dave chimed in and talked about the challenges of trying to build a business while keeping your spouse happy... The question though is why AFTER you marry someone do you expect them to change or stop doing what their passion is?

I would think one would KNOW the others lifestyle and direction you and while dating or in engagement, you chose to go along for the ride, but it seems once you say I DO, you want them to slow down.. and we're not talking 9-5 jobs here, but building a business and a brand, and a legacy... that's going to have to take some sacrifices, but I guess what may sound rational is harder than it seems when you go through it.... I'll stop here b4 I get in trouble.
