Need nutrition for my son
I am a proud mother of my child. I have a son of eleven years old. He wants to be an athlete. I support him as much as I can possible. He exercises twice in a day. It is very much hard job for my child. I want muscle, body and length of my child should be a better build up. So, if any body help me what kind of recipe or diet I provide him. So kind of you.

Feed him like any other 11-year-old, encourage him to participate in sports, rest, repeat.
Okay, maybe not like any other 11-year-old. Lay off the soda and chips?

A pre teen should just be focusing on nothing but whole foods and lots of them
Eggs, Chicken, Turkey, Beef, Cottage Cheese, Yogurts
Rice, Pasta, Potatoes, Cereal's, Trail Mix, granola, Oatmeal, Cream of Rice, Cream of Wheat, Don't be afraid to give them some pancakes, and other snacks for on the go.
Lots of Oil's, Whole Eggs, Full Fat Dairy and Beef, Nuts(Great Snack)
It wont deviate much from what anyone on here eats. Basically portions will be much larger and their metabolism will be high dont be afraid to let them have a little junk food as well .. It is not like they are prepping or weighing their food. So let them be active and eat plenty.2013 & 2014 RX Member of the Year

The best supplements for an 11 year old looking to begin training are wholesome, nutritious foods! Nothing else is necessary at this point! Good luck to him and kudos to you for starting him on the right path so young

One small suggestion: a healthy snack (sandwich) after the workouts.
