What type of birth control system is the best?
Hi, I am 28 years old female. I have two kids. I wanna no baby more. For this reason I am taking birth control pill. After 2 months, I observe that 4 kgs weight increase. But I don't wanna be overweight. Would anybody tell me what kind of birth control system I take?

I don't believe there is a birth control pill out there that doesn't cause weight gain. If I understand correctly, a birth control works by tricking your body into believing your pregnant, and that is why you don't ovulate. Pregnancy signals your body to gain weight. You might want to ask your doctor about some other alternative.

there are non-hormonal IUD options-definitely speak with your doctor about whether this would be a possible option for you

And unfortunately UK, getting your tubes tied is almost never an option for females-at least not in her age range-since she has two children that will help if she decided to go for it-funny how a guy can get his done with no questions asked

My wife has a 5 year vaginal IUD. This is a woman who's tried half a dozen pills and had sides that were not worth the benefit. She's at the end of her 5 year term now and it has been a great product for her. The biggest problem with it is the $1100 cost BUT, then you're good for half a decade.
