Insulin with carb+ fat meals
Can Insulin be used with fat and carbs meal . 5iu Insulin Before breakfast: 4 whole eggs and 40-50g carbs form oats or gritz. Or is beter to split carbs and fat in meals with insulin usage.

Sure can but its not the best idea. There are couple things to keep in mind.
1) Fat will of course slow down digestion and could mean you need more carbs that usual to cover the insulin without going hypo (assuming its fast acting slin).
2) Since its a shuttling agent, insulin is going to shuttle the fats as well and you will likely gain more fat tissue this way.A Passionate and Dynamic Approach to Physique Enhancement

I thinking of run it with GH - 6iu GH ( not generic ) then 40min low int cardio and then go with maybe 3iu insulin and meal 1.
So if i use medium fast insulin / 3-4h peak / is that any difference. ?
Fats are always store like fats and then turn into energy except MCT fats they can be use directly like energy source.
Using insulin or not , if i combine meals with fats , carbs abd protein they will be stored as fat.

Im not exactly sure what you are asking but if you are asking about the timing of insulin then you should time carbs accordingly. 3ius isnt much so if you take it before a meal and the next couple meals have carbs you will likely be just fine. You could easily do it with a pre workout meal that has carbs, carbs intra workout and carbs post then you are covered. You will be more insulin sensitive then anyhow.

Yes , post workout is a option 2. I was thinking in morning because of GH use in the morning.
I was reading some post on timing low insulin dose in meal after GH shot .
