which of the following are best/do you recommend for man ? and at what point, in
what doses would these be added?If i start cycle for bulk . Do you recomend start first 2 weeks with no AL and then check my estrogel LvL and see how high estrogen is before ading some AL .

Nolvadex on cycle = NO
Femara on cycle = For me, only in emergency situations unless you are hyper sensitive to gyno.
Arimidex is fine. Most guys take too much and eventually crush estrogen.
Aromasin seems to be the safest route. It gets my vote.

For anyone to tell you when and how much of anything to take, you'll need to be more specific about your cycle plans.

Also, if your taking any 19-nor drugs you had better read up on deca dick and have supplies on hand to combat it. If you don't get out in front of the proverbial deca dick, you are in for a frustratingly long recovery period.

Agreed with the above. Aromasin is typically the best bet but its all about the context. I have clients that can use nothing more than OTC DIM while on cycle and be fine with sides and on their labs. You need to get labs and see where you are at to really know.

Nolva is something you can keep on hand too if you are really prone to a gyno flare ups. Im someone that gets them without my e2 even being out of range which is a pain in the ass.

If bulking I would avoid letro as it will tank E2 levels eventually. A little estrogen is necessary for growth. When bulking I think Adex works best
