not yet no. weekends the only real time i can get myself over to check them out as my weekdays to full. i plan to for sure. again being that i have to pick and choose my dairy battles wisely it typically has to be after a training session for the day is done with as well. now that you ask i ma very well make this weekend the weekend it happens! see what vegan flavors they got rolling.

I know you said you don't handle flour well. How do you digest those pancakes then? Or is it a horrible bloat?

Flour and wheat give me no gut issues at all. It makes me super sleepy very quickly(and it lasts for hours) even in small amounts like english muffin, small bagel, a cookie, slice of bread, small portion of pasta etc. Yet I can handle 3-4x as much oats, potato, rice or fruit and have no issue at all.
I set up my pancake splurge's to Sunday brunch about noon after I do my cardio for the day and have the rest of the day to veg out with football and nap time.Last edited by Joshua H; 12-09-2017 at 09:38 PM.
