last nights dinner out at jimmys famous american tavern and grill in point loma, ca
apricot grilled salmon salad
and.....todays bagel trifecta......different combo each time/meal. sprouted grain bagel, diaya cheese slices, portobello mushroom cap, homemade garlic-lite mayo sauce with LTO. one canadian bacon, one egg white and one with both!
and of course....dessert!

Some meals since I landed Wednesday in Madison, WI for leave time with the fam...
SAMBA Brazillian Grill, must have 10 samples of meats after this first plate, no pics sorry, too involved with stuffing my face!

Recent eats while back home with family in Madison, Wisconsin...
homemade breakfast scramble of eggwhites, diced ham, fat free cheese, diced potatoes, pepper blend and hot sauce. side of ezekiel toast.
Mom's tradition of her famous peach french toast bake on Christmas morning.....epic!!

meals from this weekend Sunday refeed in LA and my stash from day 1 (more came day 2 and only paid $30 for all of it!)
subway and chipolte made 4 of my 5 meals sunday and i loved it! the other pic is breakfast on sunday. all stuff from expo i scored lol!
the goodies from saturday LA fitexpo

latest sushi burrito experience (5th in san diego)
build it yourself burrito double time. both the same
carrot, cabbage, red cabbage, lemon wedge, yellotail, white rice w/ quinoa
delicious creation but at $30 total cost.....most expensive of the 5 places i tried. also the smaller side of the burritos i have had so far. quality is there yes but value is not.
