Some eats during my return visit to San Diego for the IDEA World Fitness Expo and Convention. I was there this past Tuesday to Sunday morning and crushed some good food and sampled a bunch of new products from vendors as well. No pics of samples but this will do fine I think...

my eats while in Indianapolis last week. 4 days of solid grubs with my crew! most the time i got to pick where we went out to. we had to keep it close to downtown as all we had was ride share and our feet. plus the group had to agree to go. pizza place and ice cream were the only two i could not partake as many of you know....dairy and flour destroy me...game over....done! i enjoy them very much but just not worth the aftermath for me...most the time. here is the shots that came out from most the places we hit up. some i forgot to take pics of, some were way too dark. but these stole the show. feast your eyes! had to copy links as my laptop is not letting me post image attachments without stalling...who knows!?

tuckers...the place for steaks....long time legendary place in soulard district of st louis known for steaks. may be my new favorite steak place in town.
$21 for this 1lb steak and tater plus salad and rolls. money!!

my favorite place to get ice cream, sorbet or vegan ice cream when the craving gets too much. clementines naughty and nice creamery. soulard location. this is blue moon and strawberry bliss featured flavors. outstanding as always! can only eat one per sitting sadly or the dairy kills me! line was 20 people deep at 9pm when i came in to get these!

laptop would stall out each time i tried to upload direct. had a major update taking place all day so that was the cause i am sure. been able to upload pics normal on other forums today so its good now. hate doing links vice direct picture shots i know!

tried IMGUR for a bit and honestly HATED it. 2 months is all i could handle with that platform. pinterest i find super easy and user friendly. super easy to share for other needs as well. seems faster for loading as well. this issue was simply a matter of my laptop loading new OS updates that did not allow for direct image links. the links above do load fine once clicked. had to resort to click based linked since direct did not work at the time.

recent eats in the LOU folks...here we go!
hi-point drive in, build your own burger/sandwhich. i did grilled chicken, grilled shrooms, pit ham, bacon, egg, LTO, pickle, mustard, texas toast.

clementines naughty and nice creamery, demun location. blue corn chip cone, apollo scoop, sweet corn bread 2nd scoop, sweet smoke bbq 3rd scoop. freaking delicious but the heart burn, bloat kicked my a$$ good for a few hours after as expected.

Eats from dinner night after work with bunch of fitness pros I took out for dinner at BoneFish Grill in St Louis. Been to 3 locations now and it never dissapoints! 18oz ribeye with shrimp, rice, veggies.

For mass you need just to time your maccro at the good time !👆 I prefer quality mass no eat junk, junk create inflamation and some water retention stay your food clean like:
Protein
Carbs
Healthy fat
All color veggies
Supplements
