back at it now that settled in here in St. Louis!
first two DIY eats I whipped up.
giant 3 greens salad (kale, spinach romain) with LTO, diced chicken, low fat mozza cheese and homemade apple cider-mustard vinegar dressing
nightly muscle sludge, combo of greek yogo, cottage cheese, dark cocoa, powered pb and frozen blueberries.
first 2 meals out in st louis (the grove neighborhood)
urban chestnut brewery
only the roasted chicken and heirloom tomatoes pictured were mine
Dukes Sports Bar
bison burger with LTO and pickle
tonight dinner sushi at Sushi Ai in downtown STL (good yes but not san diego good)
