matter of fact i still had it fit in nicely. its just a normal turkey burger on a wheat but with some "fun toppings like stuffing, cranberyr sauce and mashed taters. they use lean turkey and whole wheat buns. i could not finish both 1/3 pattys so brought one home for breakfast the next day.
pete bumped my macros as of yesterday as well so now more goods like this gonna fit!!UNBA Mens Physique, USAPL 93kg,

Man. You must pay an arm and a leg to go to a buffet for a salad and sweet potato and cottage cheese haha.

Yeah maybe......... if a whopping $9.25 for lunch and $10.10 for dinner is what one calls arm and leg.......my 15% military discount comes in pretty handy for Souplantation let me tell ya!
Try buying all you see here for under that much per portion.....
+ the scratch made chicken noodle soup, tater toppings, veggies added on the salad.....cant beat the price. not to mention 0 time in food prep for the meal.UNBA Mens Physique, USAPL 93kg,

Prices in PA are far different then CA.
But again... You could easily buy a head of lettuce and some bulk veggies + Cottage cheese for cheaper.
I just like food prepping my meals in advance. I am a penny pincher.2013 & 2014 RX Member of the Year

You and me both Bob. I spend to save but at the same time allow my spending on dining out for a bargain. I dont do high end joints much at all if ever.
I found its cheaper to hit up SOUP 3-4x a week for lunch at under $30 total than it is to buy all the veg items and other stuff, prep it and make it and transport it around. Plus I do not have near enough room to even store all that produce given I only have a mini fridge to use. The store in 1 mile away from my house near my gym....ideal setting!
This leaves me more time, money, space for the main items I eat daily like my meats, frozen fruits, greek yogurts, cottage cheeses, eggs and egg whites that need fridge/freezer space. Roomie takes up his whole fridge for himself his 3 young girls.
I still never spend over $70 a week by shopping at Sprouts and Ralphs with a club card once a week and only do meal prep once a week as well. 2 solid hours worth on Sundays and thats it. Anything else all week is microwaved or take along. Tupperware and my IsoCool bag have been a dear friends of mine for years now.UNBA Mens Physique, USAPL 93kg,
