salted caramel freak shake at facing east noodle bar in san diego, ca

not really. sampling a huge variety yes, sure did. fairly trackable also yes. i only have a few bites of the many items being offered. the yellowfin they had i got my typical fill for sure. thats trackable. the rest mounted to what would be no more then 2 of my normal meals anyway and given the awesome variety i got......so worth it!! plus this is not precontest so i could care less if i am off a little bit 1 meal and 1 day. eating out no matter what besides chains is not trackable to any accurate measure. you track as close as possible and move on.

the ironic part of that, that shake (along with a 40 gram whey shake) had no effect on my blood sugar in terms of subjective feelings of drowsiness or sleepiness. yet 2-3 slices of bread of any kind would knock me out for a good couple hours soon after eating it even with other foods. its been found that ice cream despite being higher sugar, has a low GI and does not impact blood sugar as much as one would expect it to. me + flour = bad news.
