    Default 2017 what to make of it? NATTY TO TRAIN HARD AND RIGHT:)

    ok, this is my 4th trainin' log and i did 3 others they totally failed. so now i'm doin' it again.

    i'll be back in the gym 2morrow and be back to jogs on wednsday. fun, fun, fun.

    my diet is just totally organic and non-gmo foods.

    so i'll give u what i eat from 4am to after the gym on the days i go.

    meal 1-4am: organic spinach with organic banana, with my 2 proteins mix up(SIX STAR WHEY PROTEIN AND 12hr MHP PROBOLIC-SR WHY PROTIEN and my vits.

    meal 2-7am: organic spinach with organic banana with organic blackberries, YUM.

    meal 3-11am: one slice of organic bread with organic rasberris jelly and organic peanutbutter and half of an organic apple with my protein shake-SIXSTAR WHEY PROTEIN.

    meal 4-2pm=on my workout days only-organic egg whites with one whole organic egg, and my 12hr MHP PRO(short of PROBOLIC-SR) WHEY PROTEIN, YUM.

    meal 4 sometimes 5- after the gym, which is anything i want as long as it's totally organic and non-gmo. .

    so when i get ready for a show, i enjoy eatin' yet much healthier and wiser.
    2morrow is leg day by the way.
    my hubby and me be doin' will be quads, bis, abs and 20mins cardio til time to prep for my 1st show in '17. and JESUS GETS ALL THE GLORY

    i'm off to the gym 2day, doin' quads, bis, abs and 20mins cardio and yes, i stayed in my hard diet. pic of me b4 i hit the gym 2day

    OK, MY update from yestrday
    yesterday my hubby and me, did our quads, bis, and abs, and 20mins of cardio after the workout.

    for quads we did 3 dif workouts.
    1st leg ex- 2warmup sets of 15reps, then our reg 4sets of 15 increasin' the weight after 3rd set
    2nd leg workout -squads 4sets of 15, again increasin' the weight on the 3rd set
    last leg workout-leg exs one leg at a time, and as always increasin' weight at our 3rd set.
    then a lil break
    bis with 3dif wprkouts
    1st bi workout-me standin' bi curls with 2warmup sets of 15 with 10bls, then reg 4sets of 15 with 15bls and increasin' weight on last set

    2nd bi workout-rev bi curls with straight bar-1st 15 with 20bls, 2nd with 30bls, 3rd with 40bls and last set with 50bls

    3rd bi workout-standin' cable curls
    next we did 5sets of romans chair for abd, then 20mins of cardio.

    then home and for dinner i has this

    2morrow we hit the gym and do chest and tris with 20mins cardio after the workout, fun, fun, fun. and yes 2day was our rest day.

    OK, MORNIN' yall. i did my one time jog this mornin' at 7am, and my hubby and me will be hittin' the gym after he gets back from work. we'll be doin' chest and tris and the fun 20mins cardio. i'm still on my diet and have yummy organic dinner after we get back home. last night even tho it was our rest day, i had organic french toast with 2 organic beef patties, which is hidin' under the french toast, lol, natural turkey bacon, with organic egg whites and 3 whole organic eggs, with organic apple, and topped with organic syrup, and it was not filln' yet it was yummy. i got hungry again by 8pm, yet didn't eat again til 4am this mornin'. here's the pic of my dinner from last, and i don't know what i've havin' for dinner 2night after the gym, so when i get it, i'll have a pic.

    alright yall, 2day is chest and tri day, fun. and just waitin' for my hubby to get back from work so we can hit the gym. so i had my pre-workout meal which was my organic egg whites with one whole organic egg, and my supps, so here's a pic of me b4 i hit the gym of my chest and tris, more 2morrow, to let u know what we workouts we did. til then love yall and please do not train to hard.

    hey, hey, hey. yesterday my hubby and me did chest and tris, and 20mins cardio. fun.
    the 1st chest workout- was incline bench, as always we do 2sets of 15 warmup sets and then our reg 4sets of 15.
    2nd chest workout- for me plate flat presses-my first set was with a 25bls, sec and third set with 35bls and last set with 45bls.
    3rd chest workout-machine seated chest press.

    next was tris 4sets of 15, no warmups, due to us workin' our chest.
    1st tri workout-tri cable push downs
    2nd tri workout-tri dumdbell kick back, one at and time, and then for my last set 2dumbells at a time.
    3rd tri workout-tri barbell overhead ex.

    then 20mins cardio., fun, and after we got back home, i had this for dinner,

    organcic mac and cheess with organic broccile with natural turkey hotdog, and organic salad with organic salad dressing. yum. and to drink, yummy organic apple juice.

    hey yall, i'm here, and please 4give me for not postin' the last 2days. we've been a bit busy on other things, in our apartment.

    now thursday we did calves and back, our reg 4sets. and our 20mins of cardio after the workout.
    1st we did our calves startin' with standin' machine calf raises with 2sets of 15 warmups.
    then our 4reg sets of 15 reps.
    next we did, seat calf raises 4sets of 15,
    last standin' no weight calf raises.
    then 10mins break
    next we did our back, fun, fun
    1st back workout-lat pull downs with nour 2warmup sets of 15 and then our reg 4sets of 15, increase weight in last 2 sets.
    2nd back workout-machine plates low lat rows, 4 sets of 15, increasin' weight with each set.
    our 3rd and last back workout-barbell rows with same weight each set, for me.
    then our 20mins cardio, yes.
    after we got back i had organic burrtritos with organic salad and organic salad dressin', with organic ketsup and to drink organic apple juice, yum.

    ok, yall, i was bust and over the weekend, yet here's my update. saturday my hubby and me did lur hammies and shoulders, with 20mins cardio after, fun, fun,
    1st we did 4straight sets of 15, outtys with increasin' weight with each set of me.
    2nd we did 4straight sets of 15, innys again, with increasin' the weight each set for me.
    3rd seated hammies curls, stayin' with the same wieght til my 3rd set of 15.
    then lil break
    next we did 4sets of shoulders
    1st shoulder workout was cable read delts, 4straight sets of 15.
    2nd shoulder workout was machine side delt raises with me increasin' the weight on my 3rd set.
    3rd shoulder workout was , well i totally 4got, yet we did 4sets of 15, lol.
    and i had this after we got back home,
    organic pizza topped with natural turkey meat and with a organic salad topped with organic dressin' and to drink, as always organic apple juice, yum, yum

    HEY yall, i'm still here. it seem we it a pit stop tem, on yesterday, didn't hit the gym and sunday was our rest day anyway.
    even tho we didn't hit the gym, i still did something. so yesterday i ran our apartment complx stairs 4times, with some deep squad hops, and tape the inside of my car's trunk, usin' my ili arms, with my legs hangin' out the door, hahah. it must hat looked weird, yet i didn't care.
    so for sunday's last meal was
    organic egg whites with 3 oragnic whole eggs, 3natural turkey patties, one piece of organic bread with organic raspberry jam, and organic oatmeal with organic apple and to drink as always, yuumy organic apple juice, which is pic one. in pic 2, was my last meal for yesterday, which was organic chile with organic pasta, mixed with natural ground turkey, 2 natural turkey dogs, and natural chicken, with organic apple and the organic sauce mix and to drink, my yummy organic apple juice.

    OK, YALL HERE'S MY THURSDAY UPDATE, FROM YESTERDAY AND TUESDAY, LOL. I'VE BEEN, BUSY. OK, Tuesday was a rest day and i did my walkin' as i reg do. and my meal last for Tuesday, which was 2 yummy natural turkey burger, on organic bread with organic ketsup and mustard, with organic tator tots, with organic salad with organic dressin' and to drink, my yummy organic apple juice.
    PART_1481149477633_IMG_20161206_182435.jpg. now wed. we did chest and tris, and it was fast, our 1set chest workout, we did 2sets of warmups for chest doin' bench layin' down flies, then our reg 4sets of 15 with increasin' my weight at the 3rd set.
    the 2nd chest workout was seat plated incline press, 4ests of 15, and me increasin' my weight with each set i did. the 3rd chest workout was seated machine flies again for me increasin' my weight with each set.
    next we took a fast break, then we did our tris, straight our 4sets of 15,
    1st tri workout was machine dips, increasin' the weight for me.
    2nd tri workout was cable tri push downs, increasin' my weight,
    and our last tru workout was layin' bench tri pushes up with barbells. then when we got back i had 3 yummy natural turkey hot dogd on 3piece of organic bread, with organic ketsup and organic mustard, and organic tator tots, with tea to drink,
