Dave Palumbo & Johnny Styles are out in San Marino, let me rephrase that, FREAKING BEAUTIFUL San Marino - to cover the show, exhibit at the SPECIES Nutrition booth, and of course do interviews with all the top bodybuilders and personalities at the show and expo.

I'm so pumped to see Beyeke compete here! No doubt in my mind that he will win. I hope he will be at his best ever !

Dave is such a Foody ! You can see in his eyes when he is at the Italian Buffet that he wishes to be 300 pounds to still keep eating all these great foods and even more

Johnny, do you know if George Farah is still on MD payroll? If not it would be really great to see him on an Iron Debate or just a live with.
I love the guy, couldn't care less if he lies, he's arabic, they all exaggerate stuff, it doesn't mean they aren't great guys and very cool to hang with !!

KATI ALANDER: small waist… shredded abs……great tan. Excellent conditioning. Great capped delts. Excellent back development

RAMONA ARSENI: from Romnia; pro debut. Strking looking. Shredded quads. Ripped abs. Glutes/hams are tight and tie-in are excellent. Good overall looK

RENATA BENIGNO-WISSKIRCHEN: Shredded abs. tiny waist. Absolutely ripped. Maybe a little flat? Excellent glutes. Back can be bigger good presentation

KIM CLARK: from USA…. , good v-taper. Delts can be more capped. Conditioning is good. Looks a little nervous

LORENA COZZA: Italy… excellent conditioning. Good delt caps. Conditioning and tan are good. Waist is a little thick……..would like to see that tapered.

LEAH DOLAN: USA. Huge delts. Thick separated quads. Taper is not great from back. Needs more back width.


VERONICA GALLEGO: from Spain. Thickly muscled. Great tan. Good back width and thickness. Excellent conditioning


MARIA GARCIA: great quads. Super tapered waist. Nice capped delts. Conditioning is good. But not too hard


ADELA ONDREJOVICOVA: small waist. Ripped…. Long torso; great tan. Good front relaxed stance. Glutes look overly round.


LJUBA PANTOVIC: glutes are not tight enough. Good legs and calves

JESSICA REYES PADILLA: from Puerto Rico… terrific conditioning. Shredded abs. huge quads. Super capped delts. Excellent glute/ham tie-ins. Too big?

LOUISE ROGERS: UK.. Shredded ….. excellent abs. Capped delts. Good quad sweep. Not opening up her back fromm behind.

AGNESE RUSSO: from Italy. Good taper. I’d like to see her harder. Good side leg.

MARIA SCOTLAND: from UK…. tiny ripped waistline. Excellent conditioning. A little on the smaller side. Needs a little more muscle to fill her out

KHOUDIEDJI SIDIBE: from France. Very tall Good taper……small waist……..huge wide shoulders. Amazonian… Will be interesting in the lineup to see her next to smaller girls

IRINA TOPOLEVA: from Russia. Tan is a little muddy. Presentation is a little nervous. Good glutes. Legs are bigger than upper body.

TIINA VASKELAINEN: Finland. Tan is a little “dirty” looking. Great glutes……….terrific conditioning. Ripped midsection. Nice capped delts


NIKOLETT VASVARI: Hungary. Shredded abs. small waist. Shredded glutes. Hardest girl onstage. I’d like to see her have a burger and fries and round off her muscles a little. Too hard


RAMONA CURIEL: humongous delts. Great v-taper. Glutes/hams can be harder. Very iimpressive from front.
VIVIAN OLAH: From Hungary….. shredded. Excellent taper. Great separated quads. Peeled……….great glutes

LALA CERANO: Won Amateur Olympia this morning.. Great v-taper. Capped delts. Ripped abs. Excellent legs

****ADELA ONDREJOVICOVA has the best shape and structure.... although not the hardest. Should take 1st with KATI ALANDER (beautiful, great shape and structure..... excellent balance and conditioning... glutes can be a tad harder) in 2nd........with JESSICA PADILLA (from Puerto rico) in 3rd tremendous muscle and conditioning)

MATT ACTON: shredded….. definitely added size. Back is huge now. Lower back can be a little drier. Great presentation


RYAN JOHN-BAPTISTE: Huge delts, chest and arms. Ripped abs. Super wide thick back. Can be a tad drier in lower back


ONDREJ KMOSTAK: Czech Republc. Shredded abs. Looks young. Good presentation. Nice v-taper


EREN LEGEND: from Canada. Great chest. Good back width. Excellent abs. I’d like to see him a little harder


ALEKSANDR TIMOFEEV; a little thick waisted. Back can be harder.


ADRIANO MORENO: Spain. ,very polished. Shredded. Great tan. Will be tough to beat in this lineup….. impressive


MAXIME PARISI: from France….. Shredded abs. excellent conditioning overall. Can use a little more muscle on her frame. Did him homework
