I benched 335 x 10 at a bodyweight of 155lbs when I was your age.

I've benched 146 for a solid, PAUSED double and I've also hit it for a grinder of a PAUSED triple, at a bodyweight of 110. That's just over 1.3x my BW.
I've also hit 137 for paused 4 reps and 125 for a super-smooth paused 5 reps.
I'll add that ALL those lifts are posted on my IG page.
